Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Ante Design Limited, Swanton Court Farm, Cheeseman’s Green Lane, Ashford TN24 0LL.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Anti, accessible from www.anti-waste.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Returns and Refunds

Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: By email: info@anti-waste.com We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address: Swanton Court Farm, Cheeseman’s Green Lane, Ashford, Kent TN24 0LL We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in all the original packaging

Take Back

We will happily take back any of our products produced at our workshop. These will be disassembled and reused as the basis for new designs or disassembled for recycling. All take back returns need to be sent to: Swanton Court Farm, Cheeseman’s Green Lane, Ashford TN24 0LL All take backs are currently only available for items sent from the UK

PRODUCT DETAILS

Goods are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock when we receive the order, we will let you know right away and you will not be charged. Each of our pieces are unique. The individual description for each item will try to capture the key differences however please also check the associated photos for design variations. The base for all desk lamp and table lamp designs can vary slightly, please check individual description for each product. All sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible. All products are made from reclaimed used materials and will show wear and tear from their previous life All Anti products carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If within this period you detect a fault, they will be replaced or repaired as appropriate.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payments are processed at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT where appropriate. Ante Design limited is registered in the UK - 11616264 The total cost of the order is that of the goods purchased plus delivery charges.

SHIPPING

We will contact you if there is an excessive delay in sending out your goods. Goods will be shipped according to the method selected by you, at the time you place your online order. Goods are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days if placing your order before 16:00 GMT. All products are sent either with a courier (a signature will be required upon delivery) or via Royal Mail 24 (no signature required). Please note: All lamps have a United Kingdom 3 pin plug only suitable for 230 voltage. Goods are shipped on British working days, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 GMT. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched on the next working day in England.
